Introducing Fit 2 Fight
Fit 2 Fight is cutting edge group fitness training, combining the benefits of boxing (both the cardio-vascular conditioning of the movement and the anaerobic impact of heavy bag and pad training) with bodyweight, jumprope, kettlebell and interval training.Based on years of experience preparing athletes to be in peak condition when entering the ring; each 60 minute session will be a Fun, Hi-Intensity Hardcore Training Session guaranteed to shoot your strength, power and endurance through the roof!!!
